This research examines the readiness of Bahrain's banks to adopt cloud computing and identifies the key factors shaping employee attitudes toward its adoption. Analysis of survey data using SPSS revealed generally positive perceptions, with significant influences from trust, security, availability, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk, while privacy and cost showed no meaningful impact. These findings offer clear, evidence-based insights to support banks in making informed and effective cloud adoption decisions.

This study found that trust, security, availability, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk strongly influence cloud adoption in Bahrain's banking sector. Employees value reliable, secure, and effective cloud systems, while privacy and cost showed limited impact. Overall, the findings offer useful insights for banks looking to improve cloud adoption.
